How it works
From website to working staff in three steps
Paste your website
We read your site — services, prices, hours, FAQs — and build your Business Brain. Add documents and tone of voice; every agent answers from it.
Hire your agents
Pick the roles you need, from a receptionist to an invoice chaser. Rename them if you like — your receptionist can be Priya, not Echo.
Approve their first work
Every agent starts in Approve mode: drafts wait in your queue for one-click approve, edit, or reject. Flip Autopilot per agent once trusted.
You stay in control
Nothing goes out without you
This is your Approvals queue. Every draft waits here until you approve, edit, or reject it — until you decide an agent has earned Autopilot.
Approvals · 3 pending
Juno · Email draft — re: Quote for kitchen refit
“Hi Priya — yes, we can fit you in the week of the 14th. I’ve attached the quote we discussed…”
Rae · Review reply — 5 stars on Google
“Thanks Maya — the team will be chuffed you loved the sourdough crust. See you on the terrace…”
Vee · Scheduled post — Instagram, Friday 4:00pm
“Weekend plans sorted? Our new tasting menu just landed — five courses, £45…”
Approve mode is the default for every agent. Autopilot is a per-agent switch you flip once the drafts stop needing edits — and every action stays logged in the activity feed either way.

FAQ
Fair questions
Can I rename the agents?
Yes — the default names (Juno, Echo, Sol…) are our brand, but every business renames freely. Your receptionist can be Priya; the custom name is used everywhere customer-facing: the phone greeting, email signatures, the chat widget, and review replies.
What counts as a task?
One completed agent action: an email drafted, a call handled, a review reply written, a blog post published, an invoice reminder sent. Plans include 300 (Starter), 1,500 (Team), or 5,000 (Scale) tasks per month.
Will agents send things without my approval?
Not unless you tell them to. Every agent starts in Approve mode — drafts wait in your Approvals queue for one-click approve, edit, or reject. Autopilot is a per-agent switch you flip once an agent has earned it, and even then guardrails hold: no auto-commitments on money, refunds, or legal matters.
What happens when my trial ends?
The 30-day trial needs no card. When it ends, your agents pause — nothing is deleted. Add a payment method to resume exactly where you left off, or export your data and walk away. We don't charge you by surprise.
How is my business data used?
Your Business Brain — website content, documents, FAQs — is used only to power your agents, isolated per business. We don't sell it, share it between customers, or use it to train models. Full details in our privacy policy and DPA.
Do I need any technical setup?
No. Paste your website, connect the channels you use (email, phone number, calendar), and add the chat widget with a single script tag. Setup genuinely takes about 10 minutes, and your first agent output arrives the same day.
A week with the team
What this looks like in practice
“Friday, 9:40pm: Echo answered a call I'd have missed mid-service, offered 8:30 instead of the fully booked 8:00, and the confirmation SMS was sent before the caller hung up.”
“Juno drafted 23 replies this week. I approved 19 untouched, edited 3, rejected 1. Inbox time went from two hours a day to fifteen minutes with coffee.”
“Otto chased invoice #204 three times so I didn't have to. Polite every time, payment link attached, and it stopped the second the money landed.”
Illustrative examples of typical agent work — not customer testimonials.
