Pricing questions
What exactly is a task?
A task = one completed agent action: an email drafted, a call handled, a post written, a review replied to, an invoice reminder sent. Reading, triaging, and thinking don't count — only finished work does. Your dashboard shows usage in real time, and we warn you well before you hit the limit.
How do voice minutes work?
Echo's phone calls are metered by the minute. Team includes 30 minutes a month and Scale includes 120; beyond that, minutes are billed at $0.15/min on your monthly invoice. Starter doesn't include voice — add Echo by upgrading to Team.
How does annual billing work?
Pay annually and get 2 months free — Starter works out at $290/yr, Team at $790/yr, and Scale at $1,990/yr. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal at any time.
What happens if I run out of tasks mid-month?
Agents pause new work and anything already drafted stays in your queue. You can upgrade instantly to resume, or wait for your allowance to reset at the start of the next billing cycle. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period, and you can cancel from the billing portal in two clicks — no retention calls. Your data stays exportable.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial runs without a card. When it ends, your agents pause until you add a payment method — we never charge you by surprise.
